Terms & Conditions

All participants must be at least 18 years old, or of legal drinking age in your country of residence.

Valid ID will be required if requested by the venues.

The venues have the right to refuse you alcohol if your behaviour is deemed unacceptable, you cannot prove your age or you appear drunk.

No refund will be provided in these instances. Just because your beer is included you don't have to drink it all!

All tours are subject to change at any time. At all times the volume of alcohol stated as included will still do so,  but sometimes the venues or even start points may have to change for a number of reasons beyond the control of Bristol Hoppers. For this reason, it's essential that you tell us if your contact details change after booking. 

Cancellation terms for guided tours: 14 days or more before the tour - a full refund or transfer to another tour is available.

Less than 14 days before the tour - a refund or transfer are available, minus £10.  Please, please don't leave it until the last minute as tours have very limited numbers and I need time to fill a space. Transfer of tickets is allowed at any time without penalty, please just email me the names and contact details of who is coming instead. 

Cancellation terms for Self-guided tours: You may ask for a refund or change the time or date of your tour without penalty, but you must be in contact at least 72 hours before your start time. If you are asking to rebook to another time on that same or following weekend, no penalty will apply, provided you are giving enough time for Bristol Hoppers to inform the brewery before your tasting is booked. Stand-alone audio tours can be taken at any time (suggestions given in the experience details), so no need to inform us of your new start time/ date. Refunds cannot be given once audio tours are downloaded, as they remain on your phone and can be taken at your leisure. 

If any tour has to be cancelled by Bristol Hoppers for any reason, your choice of a full refund or transfer to another date will be given.


We collect your name and contact information during the booking process. This information will never be sold to any other company.  We do not collect any payment information from you – payment is made through Stripe or PayPal. We may use your contact information to get in touch with you regarding your purchase/booking in case of questions or issues, including by phone call, text or email. 

As your feedback is essential to keeping the quality of the tour up to the highest standard and to help others by providing a more accurate average tour time, I may ask you for feedback either through email or by encouraging you to leave a review. You don't have to provide this information, but it would be highly appreciated.

On guided tours only, unless you say so either in advance of the tour or on the day of the tour itself, your guide may take photos. You will be asked again on the day of the tour to speak up if you would rather not be included in any photos.

Those who booked the tour will be sent any photos that had not been deleted via email.

On viewing those photos you have the opportunity to say that you would not like Bristol Hoppers to use them to promote it's tours.

When you agree to these conditions, you are doing  so on behalf of all those that you are booking for.

Please ensure that they are aware.
